Donate Goods
Many victims of domestic violence been forced to leave their homes because of abuse. Please consider donating the following goods to help them make this life-changing transition.
Donation needs:
Due to space limitations, we are currently accepting ONLY the following items (please note that all items must be NEW):
- Maternity Clothing
- Boys and girls clothing sizes 5-16
- Gift cards (K-Mart, Target, Walmart)
- Diapers (all sizes), pull-ups, wipes, formula
- Baby pacifiers
- Toiletries (toothpaste, shampoo, etc.)
- Dish soap and household cleaning supplies
- Tampons, pads
- Wash cloths, towels, twin sheets
- Kitchen equipment, small appliances
- Laundry detergent, laundry bags, collapsible hampers
- Pillows
- Twin blankets
In addition, please consider donating the following office and school supplies for women seeking employment and children in school:
- 2012 planners
- Wall calendars
- USB drives
- Resume paper
- Portfolios
- Blank cards for thank you notes
Please consider donating the following arts and crafts supplies:
- yarn
- knitting needles
- beads
- beading materials/tools
- journals
- stress balls
We are looking for children's movies for our Legal Center waiting room.
We are also in need of a Mini-Van for transporting clients and picking up supplies. If you have a van in good condition, please contact the Development Department at 215 386 1280 x146.
How to donate:
- Donation drop offs can be made at the Women Against Abuse Business Office at
- Stop by during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) -- no appointment necessary!
- Donation tax receipts are available upon drop-off.
- We are sorry for the inconvenience, but pick-ups are not available.
